Dynamic Weather, Day/Night Cycle, Destructible Environments
To affect how monsters will behave even further, there will be a dynamic weather system and day/night cycle incorporated. How exactly the monsters will be affected remains to be seen but destructible environments offer even more variety to encounters. You may get entangled in some roots and find yourself slowed, giving an advantage to the monsters. However, it’s possible to open up new paths and even unleash floods to flush monsters into another area. The environment also lends itself to better stealth mechanics as you hide and get the jump on different Monsters.
