Use the above items when under its influence. Along with charging and swiping, Vaal Hazak will fire a stream of effluvium that can damage you greatly at any point….if you’re in front of him. Of course, he can also this attack if you’re behind and while it does less damage, it still bestows Blight effects on you, which becomes a pain if Vaal Hazak is enraged. This causes him to create a cloud of Effluvium around him that will eat into your health if you suffer from Blight.
