The Botanical Research Center is very useful in the game and it’s where you will be able to craft plants and insects which you can then use for crafting, and also for any other needs for particular missions. This guide will show you how exactly to make the best use of the Botanical Research Center.

Once you’ve finished some of the starting quests in the game, you need to meet the Chief Botanical Researcher and once you talk to him, you will be able to start using the Botanical Research Center.

HOW TO CULTIVATE PLANTS AND INSECTS

To cultivate plants or insects, go the Botanical Research Center and you will see a table near the Chief Researcher. Just walk up to the table and select the ‘Cultivate’ option. You will now be able to see a list of all of the things that you can cultivate as well as how many quests you have to finish for the cultivation to be completed.

If you want to speed up the cultivation of any item, you  can make use of fertilizers to do so. You just have to spend Research Points for the specific kind of fertilizer and you can then speed up cultivation. You can find below the different kinds of fertilizers available to you:

Summoner Jelly: You can buy this fertilizer for 100 research points to increase quantity of insects you gain, and it is in effect for the duration of three quests.

Catalyst: You can but this fertilizer for 100 research points to increase cultivation speed all around, and it lasts for the duration of four quests.

Mushroom Substrate: You can buy this fertilizer for 100 points and it increases number of mushrooms cultivated, and it is in effect for the duration of three quests.

Fertilizer: You can buy this fertilizer for 100 research points and it increases number of plants cultivated, and is in effect  for the duration for three quests.
