Monster Hunter World

More gameplay for Capcom’s Monster Hunter World has been released and this time, we get a look at the Rotten Vale area that was revealed during Paris Games Week. As you might imagine, the Rotten Vale is full of monster corpses, plenty of rocks and odd plant life dotting the landscape. Check out the video below or just jump straight ahead to 15:59 where the actual gameplay starts.

It isn’t just the environment that stands out in the trailer. Capcom’s monster design is impeccable – just look at the initial towering beast with its abundance of bones and over-sized chin. Of course, you also get a look at what combat with such a beast is like. Destructible environments are also a key aspect of Monster Hunter World, thus ensuring that there isn’t much place to hide.

Monster Hunter World is out on January 26th 2018 for Xbox One and PS4 with the PC version coming later. PS4 players can actually try out the beta early when it goes live on December 9th.
