Monster Hunter World Third Beta Test Starts on January 18th

The open beta test will be available to all PS4 players, even those without PS Plus.

Capcom’s Monster Hunter World will another beta test on January 18th, starting at 6 PM PST and ending on January 22nd at 5:59 PM PST. This will be an open beta test available to all PS4 players so PlayStation Plus isn’t required.

In its latest Monster Hunter World stream, Capcom also noted that along with the three quests available in previous betas, there would be a new quest involving a battle with Nergigante. Good luck figuring out how to defeat it.

Monster Hunter World received a bunch of other information in today’s broadcast. Elder Dragons are returning with two familiar dragons showcased in a recent trailer. The first post-launch monster Deviljho was also revealed and will be available free this Spring. Capcom has also previously hinted at limited time quests and events that could arrive later.

Monster Hunter World is out on January 26th for Xbox One and PS4 but PC players will have to wait till Autumn 2018 for their chance to play.
