Monster Hunter World

Square Enix revealed the collaboration between Monster Hunter World and Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn when Rathalos from the former showed up in the latter, ready for a fight. Of course, the question on everyone’s mind was whether a monster from Final Fantasy would appear in Monster Hunter World. The latest trailer from Capcom has answered that question by introducing Behemoth. Check it out below.

Ascending from the skies in a meteor, Behemoth is a massive beast with a bad temper. On top of eating up Dodogama, he can dispense tons of fire. Also seen in the trailer was Final Fantasy’s iconic Crystal and Cactuar, a famous enemy. Unlike past free title updates though, Behemoth isn’t coming tomorrow or even this week.

Instead, the update will go live in “Summer 2018”, much like Final Fantasy 14’s free crossover event. What new gear and weapons, new features and changes, different mechanics and so on that are also coming have yet to be revealed. Stay tuned for more details though.
