If you missed the chance to acquire Street Fighter poster boy Ryu’s armour for Monster Hunter World, now’s your chance. The Challenge Quest for the armour is currently live but this time, it’s High Rank and denoted as the “Awakened Satsui no Hado” Challenge Quest.
Much like the recent Sakura armour quest, you’ll need to head to the Gathering Hub, speak to the Arena owner and locate the Challenge Quest on the last page. Three different quests exist with the name but they each have different weapon types. Select the one that seems to have your favourite weapon and have at it.
Keep in mind that Hunter Rank 13 or higher is required for the quest and you’ll be facing off against Nergigante. He’s the Elder Dragon that eats Elder Dragons but you’ll enter the arena dressed as Ryu. So that’s probably an advantage. Beating Nergigante will reward a Street Fighter Ticket #3. Depending on the rank, up to three tickets can be awarded.
Overall, four tickets are required along with five Hunter King Coins, one Rathalos Plate, and six Immortal Dragonscales. When wearing the armour, the player transforms into Ryu complete with voice lines, regardless if you play a male or female hunter. Hurry up and try the quest today – it won’t be around forever.
