Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has released the first trailer for Nightwolf, who will be joining NetherRealm Studios’ Mortal Kombat 11 as a DLC fighter. As a series’ regular, Nightwolf is known for his tomahawk attacks, thunder strikes and using the spirits of animals to attack his foes. Check it out below.

It’s worth noting his Fatal Blow and Fatality. While the former involves shooting an arrow into an enemy’s throat and calling down thunder to electrocute it, the latter is more elaborate. Nightwolf chops the enemy’s mouth, pulls down the entire front of their body and uses his tomahawk to slice their heart in half. Neato.

Out on August 13th for Kombat Pack owners, who receive early access to the same, Nightwolf will have a variety of gear and alternate skins. Other fighters announced for the pack include Sindel and Spawn (who we’re yet to see). Of course, there are also two more characters slated to be revealed, which could include the Terminator if past leaks are any indication.
