If you thought Rain’s origins were sad, then spare a thought for Tremor. Part of the mysterious Black Dragon clan, he was originally meant to debut in Mortal Kombat Trilogy but was replaced with Rain. He would then be a boss – and die – in the awful Mortal Kombat: Special Forces. Tremor finally got to be playable in Mortal Kombat X as a DLC character, showcasing his cool new look and Earth-based moves. Of course, he would have no bearing on the story and be subsequently forgotten.
