With no official word from Sony yet on when the PS5 will release exactly or what it’s price will be, we haven’t seen a lot of pre-order pages for the console, its accessories, or its games going live on many retailers. With the console due out later this year and details on many of those things have officially been revealed though, it makes sense that said pre-order pages would begin popping up soon- which is exactly what’s happened at Amazon Australia.
As spotted over on Reddit, pre-order pages for the PS5 itself, its accessories, and several known games have gone live on Amazon Australia. There are pages for the PS5 itself – both SKUs of the console – as well as the DualSense controller, its charging station, and the camera, headset, and media remote accessories.
As far as the games are concerned, pre-order pages for the likes of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Gran Turismo 7, NBA 2K21, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Demon’s Souls, Returnal, Horizon Forbidden West, and more have also gone live. Interestingly enough, of all the listings – both hardware and software – only NBA 2K21 can be purchased right now, with everything else currently being unavailable. You can see a list of all the pre-order pages below.
Sony haven’t yet given any indication for when exactly the PS5 will release, but logic would dictate that they’ll be doing that in the coming weeks in order to be able to open up pre-orders. Rumours have suggested that there will be another State of Play in August, so it’s possible Sony might make some announcements there.
