After entering Steam Early Access in December 2019, Necesse will exit on October 9th. Version 1.0 of the procedurally generated survival crafting title will become available with several improvements and new features. Check out the latest trailer below.

On top of an “infinite seamless” open world without loading screens, there will be expansions to the end game, the final boss, and a new personality system for Settlers. You can also look forward to balances and tweaks across the board. Considering the massive nature of the game, it should be interesting to see how Version 1.0 shakes out.

Necesse is currently exclusive to PC and emphasizes sandbox gameplay with extensive freedom of choice. Players can mine for materials, farm, build bases, forge armor and weapons, and much more. You can also interact with other settlements and team up with other players (with servers capable of holding hundreds). Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
