New Rayman Goes Episodic

Posted By | On 23rd, Jun. 2010

This looks as if it might escalate into a full blown epidemic. After Sonic 4 went episodic earlier this year, Ubisoft’s Ubiart blog has confirmed that the newest Rayman too will be available not as one big hefty download, but rather as bite sized chunks. Yep, Rayman Origins is going to be episodic.

Of course, the blog neglected to mention all the important details: just how long will each episode be? How frequently will they be released? Just how many episodes are there? All we’ve got in way of an answer is the blog’s assertion that each episode will be long enough to be satisfying for the player.

Rayman Origins releases later this year for the PSN and XBLA.
