Ninja Theory: “Looking Forward to Showing Something New Soon”

Straight-forward enough.

Ninja Theory
Don’t you just love it when developers can’t give you a hint or a tiny morsel of information as to what they’re working on? The latest studio to join this trend is Ninja Theory, who recently tweeted: “Looking forward to showing you something new from us soon”.

The developer who debuted with Heavenly Sword before striking out on their own to bring us the multi-platform Enslaved: Odyssey to the West are perhaps best known for DmC: Devil May Cry.

Capcom licensed the franchise to Ninja Theory to reboot it and effectively reshape its protagonist Dante. Naturally, the design caught on fire but not in the good way, drawing criticism from all sides and even of all things a petition to the White House to have it changed back.

It will be interesting to see what Ninja Theory is working on these days. Rumours have been running that they’ve been commissioned to work on the next Onimusha for Capcom. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.
