After confirming a Nintendo Direct for this month, Nintendo has announced it will take place tomorrow, June 18th. Airing at 7 AM PT, the showcase will last “roughly” 40 minutes and focus on Nintendo Switch titles launching in the second half of this year. The Nintendo Switch’s successor, to be revealed by March 31st, 2025, won’t be mentioned.

As for the titles it could potentially reveal, the popular pick is Hollow Knight: Silksong. Following numerous ratings this year and an Xbox Store listing, fans expected an appearance at Summer Game Fest, if not the Xbox Games Showcase. Obviously, it showed up at neither, so this could be the final chance for fans at their wits’ end.

It’s probably more reasonable to expect appearances by Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD (out later this month), FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition, and Rift of the NecroDancer. Time will tell, so stay tuned for further announcements tomorrow.
