Anonymous sources told Nintendo Universe (translation via DeepL) that a new Nintendo Direct is reportedly coming between February 12th and 15th. It will allegedly focus on news for the first half of 2024, though whether it’s a general or a mini Direct is unknown.
Considering the publisher’s tendency to host the first Direct of the year in February, this tracks. With titles like Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Princess Peach: Showtime! and Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD coming this year, it’s even more likely to air next week.
Even more interesting is that Microsoft will host a business update event next week to share its vision for the future of Xbox.
