Onryoki

If you died aplenty to Onryoki in the first game, then you should be well-equipped for this fight. However, even those with sufficient knowledge of his attacks need to be careful – Onryoki’s spinning ball and chain attacks still deal crazy damage. Using High Stance attacks with say, the Odachi, can stagger him and get to the next phase quick. Beware his overhead sledge attack and Burst Attack. The latter is a combo and each attack, which hurts a lot, must be countered separately. At least dodging his balls isn’t as bad as the first game.
