Travis Strikes Again No More Heroes

The names Suda 51 and Swery undoubtedly conjure up certain images. Both are Japanese video game Directors known for their strange and enigmatic work, both with titles that often are so close to parody you can’t tell where joke and frankness begin and end. Well, things might just be getting ready to get real weird in here as the two seem to be potentially collaborating on something together.

IGN Japan announced that they would be livestreaming “Travis Monday Nightro 2” with Suda 51 with Swery as the special guest. As you can see below, it’s teasing some kind of secret project between the two.

Suda 51 is deep in development of No More Heroes 3 and Swery in Deadly Premonition 2, both coming to the Switch next year. Whether this project is actually a full title or more of a quirkier side project is something we’ll just have to wait to see, but one thing’s for sure, it’s the meeting of the weirdness either way. The event will be livestreamed at the original IGN Japan YouTube, which you can see through here.
