Larian Studios’ epic RPG sequel Divinity: Original Sin 2 has just gotten even more epic. Obsidian Entertainment co-founder Chris Avellone has been announced to be working on the game as a contributor and will help in developing the characters.
Avellone is most well-known for his role in role playing games like Fallout 3: New Vegas and the recently released Pillars of Eternity. Though Avellone co-founded Obsidian, he had departed from the studio in June. Given the success of Pillars of Eternity however, his work on Divinity: Original Sin 2 will be valuable.
Divinity: Original Sin 2 still has four days left on its Kickstarter and has already surpassed its original $500,000 funding goal. Its current crowd-funding total stands at $1,656,710 with its most recent stretch goal granting dedicated mod support. You can head here to back the project further.
