The latest chapter in the long running Oddworld saga is in the works with the upcoming Oddworld: Soulstorm. The game is promising a big return for the franchise, but in the meantime we can go back to another entry in the series, one of the most unorthodox in the franchise with Stranger’s Wrath HD.

As announced via a new trailer, the HD re-release of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath will be coming to Nintendo’s newest system. It will help kick off the new year. The game follows The Stranger, a mysterious bounty hunter who goes on various missions to raise money for a surgery he needs to continue living, but hides a deep secret.

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD is available on PC, PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3 with mobile versions of the title also still live. The Nintendo Switch port of the game will come out January 2020, and you can check out the announcement trailer below.
