Capcom’s HD remake for Okami is now available on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The critically acclaimed action adventure title, which takes a number of cues from The Legend of Zelda series, originally released in 2006. It was developed by Clover Studio for the PlayStation 2 but didn’t really rake in the sales. Over the years, it’s been ported to the Nintendo Wii and PS3.

The story of Okami sees Amaterasu returning to ancient Nippon to fight the evil Orochi. Throughout her travels, Amaterasu must use her Celestial Brush to bypass obstacles and defeat various foes.

One of the more intriguing aspects of Okami HD its art style that utilize Sumi-e ink. This is rendered in high resolution for the HD remake and also allows players to either play in widescreen mode or 4:3 ratio. The loading screen mini-games from the original have also been faithfully ported over.
