Onrush New Trailer Shows Off The Game’s Various Modes

Burnout 6: Onrush, then.

Onrush

Codemasters’ eagerly anticipated upcoming arcade racing game, Onrush, is almost here. The new game, from former developers of Evolution Studios (i.e. the folks who worked on, among other things, Motorstorm and DriveClub with Sony), looks absolutely amazing, like Burnout reborn for a new era- and it looks like, much like Burnout, it will offer players multiple modes to engage with and keep things mixed up, too.

These modes will generally include some form of combat against the other players- including a variant of the game that is actually like King of the Hill. That’s awesome! It’s going to be like a cars-based battle royale, then. There will also be a mode where you race against the clock, and one where you fight over speed boosts. You can check out what all four of the modes that Codemasters are highlighting will play like for yourself in the trailer below.

Onrush is due out on June 5. It will be launching for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
