Outriders didn’t make the strongest first impression when People Can Fly and Square Enix first unveiled it, with many being displeased with its nature as a loot-driven RPG shooter – a genre that has become quite overcrowded over the years – but it has continued to look better with subsequent showings nonetheless. Courtesy of IGN, we have another nearly 11 minutes of gameplay footage to look at, and it’s continuing to look rather impressive.

The gameplay video, which you can show below, shows optional monster hunting missions in which players take on powerful beasts for optional rewards. Outriders’ flashy action and its combination of shooting and using powerful abilities has looked like its most intriguing aspect for a while, and that continues to be the case here as well. Take a look below.

Outriders launches for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC later this year. The developers have stated that it’s going to be full-featured game at launch with over 60 hours of gameplay, though they don’t have any plans for PvP yet.

It was also recently confirmed that People Can Fly are working on another unannounced game for the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Read more on that through here.
