Overwatch 2 x Street Fighter 6

If Gundam Wing wasn’t enough, Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled another collaboration for Overwatch 2 – Capcom’s Street Fighter 6. A new animated trailer is available showcasing the likes of Juno as Chun-Li fighting Widowmaker as Cammy before the two battle against Hanzo playing Ryu.

Other notable skins for characters include Kiriko as Juno, Sigma as M. Bison, Zenyatta as Dhalsim, Soldier 76 as Guile, and Winston as Blanka. The tail-end of the trailer also showcases Hanzo’s Ryu skin in-game, performing classic moves like the Hadouken and Shoryuken.

Why doesn’t Doomfist have a skin, especially given his fighting game-inspired moveset? Good question. Regardless, the collaboration begins on May 20th and should be accompanied by other cosmetics like emotes, victory poses, and highlight intros.

Overwatch 2 is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch. Its latest Season added Stadium, a new mode where players can upgrade heroes with different items and alter their playstyles.
