A new event is live in Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch with Anniversary Remix but it does things differently from previous years. It consists of three parts with Vol. 1 currently being live and features the return of all seasonal brawls along with Weekly Challenges. Furthermore, it remixes six of the most popular Legendary skins with new color schemes. Check them out below.
So whether you’re looking to play Lucioball, Dr. Junkenstein’s Revenge or missions from Archives, they’ll all rotate while the event is ongoing. The Weekly Challenge skin for this week is Nano D.Va, complete with her sprays and player icons. Ana’s Bastet skin and cosmetics are available to earn from April 12th to 19th while Combat Medic Baptiste can be unlocked from April 19th to 26th (which is when Vol. 1 ends).
The downside to this approach is that Summer Games, the regular Anniversary event, Archives and so on won’t return in their own standalone events this year. All unlocked cosmetics will transfer to Overwatch 2 so that’s nice.
