Fans, non-fans and incredibly salty players of Competitive Play in Blizzard’s Overwatch, rejoice. Season 10 is now live, bringing a new spray and player icon to earn (along with unique variants for Top 500 players). Head on over to the Competitive Play queue and start your placements.
The newest addition to Season 10 is Brigitte, who’s been available for quite some time in Quick Play, Arcade and Custom Game modes. This will be the first time that competitive players will get their hands on her, so how the meta shakes out will remain to be seen. Right now, it seems the best combination is triple Support with Brigitte acting as an offtank along with two more tanks.
It will be a while before we see Brigitte being played in Overwatch League where the top pro players compete. She won’t be available until Stage 4 so in the meantime, we’ll have to gauge her usefulness – and how quickly Blizzard will adjust her – based on Season 10 feedback alone.
