Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch has a free weekend ongoing for Xbox One and PS4. If you haven’t had a chance to try out the hero shooter, then now’s the time. It will be available till September 12th, 4 PM PT.

The free version can be found on the PlayStation Store as “Overwatch Free Weekend” and on the Xbox Marketplace “Overwatch Origins Edition Free Weekend” for 9 GB and 15 GB respectively. Though you won’t need PlayStation Plus on PS4, you will require an Xbox Live Gold subscription for Xbox One.

It should also be noted that though everything is pretty much available including Quick Play, Custom Games, Weekly Brawl, Loot Boxes and new maps like Eichenwalde. However, it won’t be possible to unlock any Trophies or Achievements. Purchasing the game afterwards will allow you to transfer any progress obtained over to the full version.

Overwatch: Origins Edition will also be discounted on consoles through Blizzard’s official website and various retailers till September 15th, 11:59 PM PT.
