Fans of Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch are starting to become mighty restless with the developer’s handling of Sombra, the next anticipated hero. Several months ago, an Alternate Reality Game or ARG began that led to users uncovering more and more clues about Sombra.

This was followed by a countdown site and then the leak that Sombra would have something to do with the recent Halloween Terror event. The event is currently on-going and Sombra is nowhere to be found. What’s more, the countdown site – which finished yesterday – didn’t lead to the hacker being added to the game.

Reddit users noted two major changes – a reference to hero Bastion on the site and some of the robot’s victory poses blinking “SOMBRA” through Morse code. With all the teases and no substantial reveals, it seems that Blizzard could choose BlizzCon in November as the place to reveal Sombra.

Will fans still care though? We’ll find out in the coming weeks.
