Overwatch’s Custom Game Saves, Leaderboards, Arcade Modes Re-Enabled

Just as quickly as they left, they're back.

After releasing its latest patch for Overwatch which brought the PvE-focused Uprising event, Blizzard Entertainment took to disabling a number of different features. This included leaderboards, Capture the Flag, 3v3 Elimination and Custom Game saves. No real reason was provided for their removal.

However, just as quickly, these features have returned across all platforms. Blizzard informed players on Twitter that, “Custom Game saves, Leaderboards, 3v3 Elimination, and 6v6 Capture the Flag have been re-enabled on all platforms.”

It’s possible that server load for the new event – which saw many players placed into queues, waiting to get in – forced Blizzard to allocate servers from other modes for Uprising. Again, there’s no actual confirmation on this so for now, just appreciate the fact that they’re back.
