Overwatch’s Mei is Bugged, Blizzard Readying Fix

Coming as soon as possible.

With the most recent patch, things have been a little buggy for Blizzard’s Overwatch. First we saw some features and modes like 3v3 Elimination and Capture the Flag taken offline for unknown reasons (they’ve since been restored). Now there’s a bug for Mei which prevents her frost gun and Ultimate from slowing people before freezing them.

Despite celebration from some of Mei’s most ardent haters, Blizzard is aware of the bug. Principal designer Geoff Goodman noted on the official forums that, “We’ve identified that cause of the bug and have a fix for it internally. We’ll get it out to you guys as soon as we can, sorry about that.”

Sorry everyone. The Ice Queen will be back at full strength fairly soon.
