Epic Games’ Paragon has finally entered into the open beta stage. All heroes will be free to play in keeping with the game allowing players to be on the same level in terms of hero selection. Cards for increasing one’s stats can also be earned and Master Challenges exist for higher level rewards. That’s not including the taunts and card packs earned by leveling up.

Paragon went into early access this year and has seen a number of significant changes to its interface, gameplay and features in that interim. It’s since launched as an early access of sorts on the PlayStation 4 as well.

As a MOBA, Paragon combines third person action with your usual three-lane, tower assault/defense, ganking team fights that define games like Dota 2. Of course, it helps that Unreal Engine 4 is powering the visuals behind it.

What are your thoughts on Paragon going into the open beta stage? Let us know in the comments.
