There’s no shortage of people who look back on the glory days of the RollerCoaster Tycoon games with great fondness, and soon, another game will be looking to deliver on a lot of the same fronts. Limbic Entertainment and Bandai Namco’s Park Beyond has looked like a promising prospect since it was first revealed, and that continues to be the case in an extensive new gameplay trailer.

Park Beyond will allow players to play on a variety of large maps where you’ll have the freedom to customize and build your amusement park however you want, from altering the landscape itself to placing paths, rides, shops, and more, while you will also be managing the more finer aspects of your amusement park, like the prices and inventories of individual shops, building rides based on popular trends, and more.

Where Park Beyond is looking to set itself apart beyond the regular park management gameplay you’d expect from it, however, is in how much creativity and freedom it will allow for in how you want to build your rides- so if you want to build a rollercoaster that weaves in and out of networks of caves, you can absolutely do that. The rides you build can also be customized, while they don’t necessarily have to obey the laws of physics either. Check out the trailer below for more details.

Park Beyond is out on June 16 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
