There's a lot going on in this game.

Persona-5 2

Persona 5‘s English launch approaches, and Atlus are busy at work, trying to show us what the eagerly anticipated game will look and sound like in English. Today they took a break from releasing character specific trailers, and instead released the very first trailer showcasing the game’s mechanics in English.

The trailer shows off mechanics outside of battle, including conversations, the newly renamed Confidant mechanic (a presumed evolution of Social Links from Persona 3 and Persona 4), a whole lot of minigames (which also help build your character’s stats), school life, and more. As always, this was all wrapped up in an incredible sense of style and some great music.

The voice acting I am still not exactly sold on, but Atlus have literally never disappointed me on that front yet, so I am still willing to give them a chance, and I will be unless the final game actually disappoints. Persona 5 will launch on PS3 and PS4 on February 14, 2017 in North America and Europe.
