Yesterday, we got some new details about the upcoming enhanced re-release of Atlus’ latest entry in their popular series, Persona 5 Royal. The game is adding a wealth of new content, which includes third tier personas for the original, beloved cast. Well, today we get screenshots of three of those, and they fit in well with the game’s style.
Via the Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, we finally got to see the new personas for Ann, Yusuke, and Ryuji. Célestine Galli-Marié, Gorokichi, and William all play off the names of their initial personas, and they have a pretty stylish look that calls back to that form as well. With those screenshots we also got a new interaction scene and a brief shot of a professional wrestling themed combination attack from the game’s new Showtime mechanic.
Persona 5 Royal releases in Japan on October 31st on PlayStation 4. Westerners have to wait in line for a release later in 2020.
