Persona 5 continues to be a huge seller for Atlus. The company recently announced that it had sold over 3.2 million units worldwide till date. Persona 5 Royal, an enhanced version of the title which is currently available in Japan, has hit 400,000 units shipped in the region.

Overall, the series has sold over 11.1 million units in its history. Much of that success can be attributed to Persona 5 which was the fastest selling game in the series. It would become Atlus’s best selling release ever within a few weeks of launching in Japan.

While Persona 5 Royal is rumored to be coming to the West in February 2020, further increasing the series’ sales numbers, Atlus also Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers coming up.
