While Atlus recently launched Persona 3 Reload and still has Metaphor: ReFantazio coming this year (not to mention the former’s Episode Aigis expansion), rumors have also circulated for a while now about Persona 6. The company has yet to officially reveal it, but prominent leaker Midori previously reported that it would launch in 2025.
Despite initially rumored as a potential PS5 exclusive, Xbox Era co-founder Nick Baker has previously reported it’s also coming to Xbox on day one. NateTheHate recently reported hearing the same on Spawncast’s Direct Xbox podcast, though he wasn’t 100 percent sure if it’s day and date with the PlayStation version.
Atlus’ recent release cadence would suggest such, but more surprising is Midori confirming the information and revealing that Persona 6 is also coming to Nintendo Switch 2. The “multiple platforms” part could also indicate a PC release.
It wouldn’t be the most surprising development, especially since Metaphor: ReFantazio and Persona 3: Reload are also rumored for the Switch 2. Time will tell, so stay tuned for more updates in the coming months.
It is correct information. And multiple platforms too.
