PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Newest Patch Apparently Reveals Over 50 Cosmetic Items

For the more fashion-inclined of you all, this is excellent news.

It looks like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegounds is all set to receive a lot of new cosmetic items- the most recent patch for the game was datamined by Reddit user DevinWatson, and apparently, they have unearthed in the game’s code data for over 50 cosmetic items.

These cosmetic items include full body armor, goggles, masks, gloves, and more. As of right now, there are very few cosmetic items available in the game, and they are only obtainable via loot crates you have to pay money for- this seems to indicate that there are plans to greatly expand the offering of cosmetic items in game in the coming weeks and months, at the very least. For the more aesthetically inclined players of this game, this probably comes as good news.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available now on PC via Steam Early Access; a version of the game is also set to launch on Xbox One later this year.
