Well it looks like U.S. and Canada have the Playstation 3 Networks back up and running. The rest of the world will follow closely but here is a video that explains things in detail as well as is an apology video. Stated in the video is also all the free offerings Sony is pumping out as well as assurance that your information is safe and what you can do to keep it that way. Unfortunately I don’t have the press release issued but among the restoration process the first thing you have to do is change your password on the same console you created on. After that everything will be restored one thing at a time from online gamplay, to media playback to Music Unlimited powered by Qriocity, to Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, MLB.tv, etc. and of course your friends list as well as your precious Trophies. Once again I play all platforms, while enjoying them all pay $60 a month for Xbox Live for reasons like this. All Sony fanboys where shit out of luck for a long time while people that either own all platforms or just another one had plenty of time to play all the new releases that have since come out. The video tries to comfort Sony users in detail, but what do you guys think about all this? Oh and no console wars! Post away.
