Pokemon Legends Arceus

Though not truly open world in scale, there’s a lot to see and do in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. You’ll take on requests and capture tons of Pokemon; engage in battles with imposing Alpha Pokemon; and even grind for Shinies, if you’re so desperate. But there are collectibles to be had as well, namely in the Wisps and Unown scattered throughout the Hisui region.

You’ll receive a request to find the Wisps after completing “The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods” story mission. “Eerie Apparitions in the Night” tasks you with locating 107 Wisps throughout Hisui. Let’s take a look at how that breaks down for each location:

  • Jubilife Village – 7 Wisps
  • Obsidian Fieldlands – 20 Wisps
  • Crimson Mirelands – 20 Wisps
  • Coronet Highlands – 20 Wisps
  • Cobalt Coastlands – 20 Wisps
  • Alabaster Icelands – 20 Wisps

For details on the exact location of each Wisp, check out the video guides below courtesy of IGN Guides.

The Unown are slightly more illusive. The symbol-like Pokemon has 28 different varieties in Pokemon Legends: Arceus but they’ll mostly be concealed or in hard-to-reach places. So while capturing them with a Poke Ball is pretty much guaranteed, Feather Balls may need to be used for higher places. Here are the total number of Unown that can be found per location:

  • Jubilife Village – 3 Unown
  • Obsidian Fieldlands – 5 Unown
  • Crimson Mirelands – 5 Unown
  • Coronet Highlands – 6 Unown
  • Cobalt Coastlands – 4 Unown
  • Alabaster Icelands – 5 Unown

For the locations of all 28 Unown, check out Arekkz Gaming’s video guide below. Pokemon Legends: Arceus is currently available for the Nintendo Switch. Check out our official review here for more details.
