Pokemon Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Eevee! is out now, and contrary to what was a widely held belief among the series’ veteran fans, it’s actually turned out to be a great game. The controversial changes it makes work surprisingly well for the kind of game it is, and if nothing else, it is perfectly serviceable as a stopgap until Pokemon 8 arrives next year.

To celebrate the game’s launch and the praise it has been getting from outlets (ourselves included, read our review through the link above), Nintendo have released a short 30 second-long trailer highlighting the accolades the game has been receiving. There are, of course, some gameplay snippets shown here and there as well- you can check out the trailer below.

Even though the game is being review bombed by users on sites like Metacritic, it seems the masses generally seem to be all too eager to purchase the game. Not only has it resulted in a boost of hardware sales for the Nintendo Switch, it’s also already sold three million units worldwide.
