Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket Will Add Over 80 New Cards with Mythical Island Card Set Next Week

The upcoming expansion set will also include five new ePokémon ex cards, five new Trainer cards, and more.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket has been nothing short of a revelation since it launched earlier this year, having crossed $120 million in revenue within less than a month of its release, and soon, it’ll also be welcoming its first expansion release.

The Pokemon Company has unveiled the Mythical Island expansion pack, which will add over 80 new cards to the app’s total pool, including five new ePokemon ex cards (such as Mew ex, Celebi ex, and Aerodactyl ex) and Trainer cards (such as Blue and Leaf) each. Additionally, you can also expect more new immersive cards. The Mythical Island expansion is set to go live next week, on December 17. Check out its announcement trailer below.

Pokemon Trading Card Game Pocket is available on iOS and Android. The Pokemon Company has also announced that the app had surpassed 60 million downloads worldwide since it released for mobile devices in October.
