Developer FuturLab has released a Christmas-themed update for PowerWash Simulator. Available as a free DLC, the update includes a new map, as well as a Christmas story to play through, as well as a festive new washer skin, washing suit, and gloves. Santa’s Workshop is the latest in a series of major DLC releases PowerWash Simulator has seen since last year. While most DLC releases for the game revolved around collaborations with other properties and titles, Santa’s Workshop is the first one that can be considered a new DLC that doesn’t have anything to do with a pre-existing property aside from Christmas.
The last major DLC release for PowerWash Simulator featured the Back to the Future movie franchise. The DLC brought with it a host of new content related to the classic movie trilogy. The game has also seen DLC revolving around Tomb Raider, Final Fantasy 7, and SpongeBob SquarePants. Currently, FuturLab is working with Games Workshop to bring a Warhammer 40,000-themed DLC to the game.
