Developer FuturLab and publisher Square Enix have announced that a new free DLC for PowerWash Simulator, this time around themed after Final Fantasy 7, is slated to release on all platforms on March 2. The DLC, dubbed Midgar Special Pack, will allow players to clean their way across Midgar.

The DLC will feature five levels set both above the giant plates of Midgar, and below, giving players a good variety in environments to clean through. According to the DLC’s description, the messes were made by Don Corneo’s lackeys, Professor Hojo’s “specimens”, and Heidegger’s dangerous technology.

Fans of the vehicle cleaning mode in PowerWash Simulator will also enjoy Final Fantasy 7 Remake‘s bike, which can be cleaned in the DLC, along with classic zones from the game like the Seventh Heaven bar.

As you might expect, all of the zones in the DLC are modelled after the Final Fantasy 7 Remake versions of the zones, as the original release of Final Fantasy 7 used 2D pre-rendered arts rather than full-fledged 3D environments.
