PS4: PlayStation Plus Features Explained In New Video

The new and improved PlayStation Plus.

Sony have released a new video which gives gamers some insight into what exactly they will get should they decide to pay for subscription to PlayStation Plus. A person wishing to access the PS Plus subscription benefits must have an active membership and be at least 18 years of age.

The PlayStation Plus PS4 experience has been updated to include online multiplayer between friends and will work across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita. Probably the biggest and best feature that a PlayStation Plus membership will give you is discounted games. Some titles will be discounted up to 75% if you’re a member. If you’re an avid gamer, this is a no brainer. You’ll be spending the money on games anyway, so the cost of a subscription will actually wind up saving you money in the long run.

Additionally, gamers with PlayStation Plus will be able to upload their game saves to the PS4’s cloud network, allowing them to be accessed at any time from any console with the game installed where that user is signed in. Not only that, but PlayStation Plus will update your games automatically, so that you aren’t left waiting every time a massive update for your favorite game comes out.
