Speaking of Call of Duty, what are the chances that there won’t be a new Call of Duty release later this year, and that it won’t be on next-gen consoles? Absolutely zero. Most likely, the next Call of Duty game will be a cross-gen release, just like Ghosts was in 2013. What we don’t know is what the game will be. Reports have suggested that due to internal issues at Sledgehammer, Treyarch had to take over development, and are working on the next Black Ops game (which will supposedly have a single player campaign this time). Either way, we probably won’t have to wait too long to find out.
