Paul Serene
Paul Serene (Quantum Break’s main antagonist) is an odd duck. He doesn’t look like a monster. He isn’t larger than life. He isn’t the stereotypical bad guy in a game, end boss. No. He’s a business man who runs his own corporation called Monarch Solutions. What makes him so devilishly evil is not the fact that he also has time powers like Jack, but how he abuses those powers. Serene sees into the future to decide which choices to make in the present. I know we all would do that if we could. But that just proves we’re all a bit evil. This leads to many advantages for Serene that ultimately cast him down a dark path.
