Remedy Entertainment has announced that it is working on a new game that will be released for a “wider range of platforms”.

The new project is codenamed P7 and the developer specifically stated it was working on getting the Northlight engine working on PS4. The last major game to use Northlight was Quantum Break which released last year for Xbox One and Windows 10 before coming to Steam.

Remedy also announced strong financials in the last fiscal year with €16.4 million in revenue from Quantum Break’s release on Xbox One and PC. It also noted that it was working with Korean publisher Smilegate on developing CrossFire 2, a sequel to the highly successful CrossFire (which boasts 650 million registered users).
