After its cancellation on PS4 and recently going gold, TeamKill Media’s Quantum Error finally has a release date. It’s out on November 3rd for PS5 and a new trailer delves into the story. Check it out below and witness some of the horrors that firefighter Capt. Jacob Thomas has to face.

The story focuses on the Monad Quantum Research Facility in 2109, attacked by an “unknown entity.” Thomas and his partner Shane Costa are sent to put out fires and save people. However, there’s more going on, and players will explore various settings steeped in cosmic horror.

Developed on Unreal Engine 5, Quantum Error supports tech like Nanite and Soundscape while delivering impressive shadows and lighting with its global illumination. It also supports Haptic Feedback, Adaptive Triggers and the DualSense’s microphone during CPR sequences on PS5. You can also expect “near-instant loading times” thanks to the SSD and 3D audio.

Quantum Error is also coming to PC and Xbox Series X/S, though it’s delayed for the latter due to its “slower” SSD.
