With less than two weeksto go before open world post-apocalyptic shooter RAGE 2 – co-developed by Avalanche Studios and id Software – releases, Bethesda have announced that development on the title has officially wrapped up. That means the game itself is complete- though the developers will still likely be focusing on ironing out any remaining bugs and kinks, which will likely come in the form of post-launch fixes with patches and updates.

In the same update, Bethesda also announced the PC system requirements for the game – head on over here to read our report on the same – while also talking once again about what players can expect from frame rates and resolutions on various consoles. On both the PS4 Pro and the Xbox One X, the game runs at 60 frames per second and a 1080p resolution, with the developers choosing to prioritize performance over resolution. On the base PS4, the game is capped at 30 frames per second with that same resolution, while the base Xbox One goes a step below, with a resolution of 900p.

RAGE 2 is out May 14th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC- oh, and also the Dreamcast?
