#8. SLIDING WORMS

These baby Grave Diggers (more on that later) might not look like the most formidable enemies, but you know what they say about judging a book by its cover. A couple handgun bullets are usually enough to kill a sliding worm, but due to their slippery speed, landing hits proves to be a tricky business. These were also usually found in groups in the original game, which meant that it was usually a better idea to dodge around them rather than trying to kill them. If one of these latched on to you and started sucking your blood, getting it off of you was not an easy task.
