#9. DRAIN DEIMOS

One look at the Drain Deimos was enough to send a chill up our spines back when RE3: Nemesis first came out. Though it doesn’t take too much to kill one, and though a single Drain Deimos by its lonesome doesn’t pose too much of a threat, multiple of these together could overwhelm you, while their ability to literally suck the life out of you meant that underestimating them was always a mistake. Add to that their disgusting appearance, and you have a classic Resident Evil monster that still holds a special place in our hearts. The upcoming remake is promising to make these critters even more threatening, and we’re more than just a little excited about coming up against them once more.
